Scheduled to run until Sunday, August 20, this procedure marks an essential step in the transition.According to a statement released on Thursday by Nnamdi Mbaeri, the Permanent Secretary of General Services at the Office of the Secretary to the Federation, ministers have been instructed to bring their curriculum vitae, birth certificate or declaration of age, as well as two passport-sized photographs.

 

The documentation process is set to take place at the Conference Room on the second floor of the General Services Office, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

 

The timing for the process is from 10 am to 4 pm on both Saturday, August 19, and Sunday, August 20.Furthermore, ministers-designate have been asked to provide the names of three individuals who will accompany them during the documentation process, ensuring their access to the venue.

 

Earlier this week, the Senate confirmed the portfolios for the 45 minister-designates.To culminate this process, President Bola Tinubu will administer the oath of office to the ministers on Monday. The inauguration will take place at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
